.
I came to the US at 6 yrs old not knowing anything. My parents sacrificed and gave me an opportunity for me to have a better life. Playing sports with other kids was the way I learned English and developed my passion. Growing up I had to help my parents to provide for the family. Working full time and going to school full time, playing sports & lifting weights was my outlet. No matter what your going though, the weights are always the same. Even when life doesn’t make sense it was the same. When I train, I think of all the obstacles that is in my way for success and find a way to beat it.

Depending on how you do it. You get to look amazing, get stronger mentally & physically, and become a person that never quit on their dreams!
